Game Rules
1) Match Format Matches are played in 4v4 or 5v5 (depending on tournament rules) Common formats: Best of 1 (BO1) for qualifiers Best of 3 (BO3) for playoffs Best of 5 (BO5) for finals 2) Win Condition Win conditions depend on game mode: Search & Destroy: First team to reach required round wins (usually 6–7 rounds per side depending on ruleset) Hardpoint: Highest score after time limit wins Control: Win by capturing objectives and reaching required round wins 3) Game Modes (Competitive Pool) Typical tournament modes: Search & Destroy (S&D) – Primary competitive mode Hardpoint – Objective control + rotation mode Control – Attack/defend objective mode 4) Lobby & Settings Mode: Custom Competitive Lobby Aim Assist: Allowed (controller standard) Friendly Fire: Off (varies by mode) Killstreaks: Restricted or disabled (tournament dependent) Field Upgrades: Limited / regulated Perks: Standard competitive restrictions may apply Server Region: Defined by tournament (EU / NA / Middle East / etc.) Spectators: Allowed (admin-controlled) 5) Team Rules Each team must consist of: 4–5 starting players Optional: 1–2 substitutes Substitutions allowed only: Before map start, unless admin approves otherwise 6) Map & Mode Selection Map veto system is commonly used: Teams alternate banning maps Remaining maps are selected per BO format Game modes are rotated in BO3/BO5 structure 7) Match Start & Delay Rules Teams must be ready at scheduled match time Maximum delay allowed: 10 minutes Failure to appear may result in: Forfeit loss 8) Disconnect / Technical Rules If a player disconnects: Match may be paused if possible Reconnect allowed within a limited time window If severe issue occurs early in round: Admin may order round restart or map restart Otherwise, match continues 9) Forbidden Actions Cheating, hacking, aimbots, wallhacks, scripts Exploiting glitches or unintended mechanics Unauthorized third-party software Stream sniping or ghosting Toxic behavior, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct 10) Match Result Rules Results are based on: Round wins (S&D) Score (Hardpoint) Objective progression (Control) In case of technical disputes: Admin decision is final (remake / continue / forfeit) 11) Streaming Rules (Optional) Streaming allowed only if tournament permits Recommended stream delay: 2–5 minutes Spectator feeds must be controlled via official tools only
